Returns and Refunds
Due to the handmade and personalized nature, we do not accept returns due to your change of mind, hygiene reasons, or normal wear and tear.
Refund Process Only for Defective Items
However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from us, Please Contact Us at shinywraps8@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Please take an unboxing video after the product is delivered. If you received a defective product, please submit a return request with a video demonstrating how you received the defective product.
When making unboxing videos, please ensure that the shipping label is visible and the packaging is sealed. There should be no clips cut in the video.
The video must be submitted without any interruptions or cuts to accurately capture the unboxing process sent by you. And share it with us at shinywraps8@gmail.com
Upon receipt of the defective product, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 days from the product delivery date after thorough inspection.
Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges Policy Not Apply For Altered or Damaged Products
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products damaged due to improper use or handling by you.
Products that have been altered or damaged in any way are also not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
